Roles of this job
Responsible for services related to Civil, Mechanical and Electrical across all plants including International Operations.
Liaise with manufacturing plants and establish facilities required for manufacturing.
Roles and Accountabilities:
1. Planning and decide on constructability with user groups, estimate for capital and revenue expenditure. Prepare project charter with timeline and objective
2. Coordinate with process groups and stakeholders for preparing concept document with assumptions, constraints and challenges.
3. Liaising with Govt. departments for all statutory approvals
4. Finalize specification & BOQ, selection of appropriate consultants/architects/vendors, release purchase order.
5. Project monitoring and control; change management
6. Installation and commissioning of facilities and handing over to production as per the time line. Closing of contracts with sign off between all stakeholders involved.
