1) Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)
Responsible for creating, maintaining and driving the sale of devices thru an online device marketplace run by VIL. Will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and launching programs that will enable customers to buy devices thru various device financing and online platforms.
2) Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Design, develop and manage the Online Device Marketplace to sell a range of 4G smartphones and accessories on finance or full payment.
Work with various device OEMs, finance partners and Online platform vendor to develop attractive propositions that will help increase share of 4G device sale on our online platform
Conceptualize and design affordability programs including device financing that would lower entry barriers to device purchase and increase share of 4G devices on our network
Leverage our retail presence and execute device shop-in-shop programs that will help monetize retail space
