Position: Dy Manager - Safety

Reporting to AGM Safety Officer

Job responsibilities and details about
Support Employees and Management on all aspects with regards to Safety.
Monitor adherence of Safety Policy, Standards and Systems to ensure accident free workplace.
Ensure 100% Statutory compliance in all areas pertaining to safety, including statutory training and reporting. Keep up to date on changes / updates in all applicable legal or statutory requirements and communicate relevant changes to the Management.
Carry out Risk Assessment along with concerned departments
Issue and monitor safety work permit for all non- routine activities
Capturing Near miss / Incidents, investigating all incidents and accidents and implementing CAPA as per the timeline.
Analyse all accidents and incidents, initiate actions for horizontal deployment and prevention of similar accident / incident in future.
Conduct periodic Safety audits, inspections, and fire drills in all areas.
Follow up and implement all 3rd party safety observations
Conduct periodic safety induction and training programs
Educational Qualification
Post- Graduation ME (Industrial Safety) from Govt Recognized Colleges
Under Graduation BE Mechanical
Govt Notified Safety Officer
