- Monitoring the required number of calls/ Emails and giving accurate feedback to the agents.
- Initiate and Implement key initiatives for process improvement.
- Constant updation of call center core processes.
- Understand customer expectations recommend and build in the required changes into the processes.
- Monitor reports and analyze trends to improve call Quality.
- Collecting data and creating reports that would provide Daily operational feedback to the client on the operations.
