Job Description:
- Understand the client requirements coming directly from the Managers and sourcing the right candidates for different positions.
- Head hunting good quality candidates across all technologies and levels (Junior/Middle/Senior).
- Developed and upkeep the Client/Vendor Relationships.
- Screening profiles and interviewing the candidates for US IT Placements.
- Negotiate bill rates, coordinate interviews and complete relevant documentation.
- Write and post job descriptions to companies’ website and various Internet job boards and websites.
- Identification of potential Candidates by many sources as like- Job-site (Monster, Dice, Career builder etc).
