- Develop and maintain generic project management standards, processes and procedures.
- Obtains and manages appropriate PMO resources to meet the needs of the PMO.
- Ensure the completeness and regular maintenance of project plans.
- Ensure Project Review Boards and Steering committees are coordinated and supported.
- Provide generic and specific support for the development and content of business cases, project plans and review and audit reports.
- Evaluate project performance and recommend changes where performance is found to be unsatisfactory.
- Provide in-depth advice and support for project management software.
