- Responsible for all the activities of the outlet.
- Coordinate between outlet service and the production aspect.
- Staffing of the outlet and prepare staff strength & salary.
- Cross training and manpower development of the restaurant.
- To prepare wastage report of the outlet.
- Maintaining all the report pertaining to sales and cost of the outlet i.e G.P report.
