Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed Process training while keeping trainees alert and
motivated.
2. Develop Content and prepare process related documents and SOP to streamline the process.
3. To deliver training sessions in adherence with process manuals and rigid training schedules.
4. Provide weekly training reports to the management as well as Business Units.
5. Updating process manuals when required.
6. Scheduling and Management of Training Resources.
7. Tracking and maintenance of the SkillPort database.
8. Conduct Induction for new hires.
9. Conduct Development training.

Required skills: Good
knowledge in Title Curative is a mandate, Pre FC Claims and FC Deed will be
preferred. Outstanding knowledge skills of verbal and written communication
skills, presentation skills, Detail
orientation, abundant patience, Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
