Job Description: Overall Experience: 5+ years- Working knowledge C or Java, SQL, KSH or other scripting languages
- Demonstrate strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong communication skills are essential; Should feel comfortable working with a global group
- Work in shifts (6 AM to 2 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and Weekends
- Development / Enhancements : 2+ years
- Application Support : 2+ years
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment
- The role will be individual contributor for Application support (L3).
- The associate may have to debug the code, check the logs, and get the root cause of issue. If possible they can suggest the changes/solution to be fixed by Development team.
